Humphrey Bogart and Mary Astor in The Maltese Falcon:

It all started when a woman, (Mary Astor), walked into the office of Sam Spade, (Humphrey Bogart), and his partner Miles Archer, (Jerome Cowan), hiring the private investigators to help her find her missing sister. When Spade’s partner ends up murdered Spade finds himself embroiled in a case involving a statue of a black falcon, and criminals obsessed with finding the black bird.

This is a great movie. I like mystery, suspense, intrigue. I don’t want to say very much about this classic film, or I will create spoilers, however I will say,  Humphrey Bogart is my favorite classic actor. If you haven’t seen this movie, watch it, especially if you like murder mysteries. If you have seen this movie, I’d love to hear from you. 🙂
