“Venetia,” by Georgette Heyer

It is the most peculiar thing. I didn’t care for the story. *gasp* I know! In fact, I got very tired of reading it. I am unable to say why, other than, tastes. There are plenty of readers on goodreads who loved this story, but I didn’t. I certainly don’t want to discourage anyone from reading this book. I liked Venetia and I liked Damerel and Aubrey. Great characters, but the story just wasn’t for my reading.

I have read other books by this author, loved them, and will continue to read her books in the future. Enjoy!
