And of course, the trail has it’s challenges!
Thorpe meets this group of outcasts and decides to help them reach Wyoming. When Lily and Thorpe meet, under interesting circumstances, love is in the air! 🙂
This is the second book I’ve read by this author and it wasn’t my favorite. I liked the story and the characters, however, I thought the author was abrupt. Chapters and paragraphs ended to quickly and the reader moved on at a rapid pace without enough of a description of the events as they unfolded. ~Just my opinion.~
Marshal Stone was my favorite character. The small group of outcasts met him on their journey to Wyoming and he rode with them in their travels. I thought he was an honorable man and tender hearted.
I felt sorry for Isabelle. She was a sweet, young lady and she was taken advantage of, so her circumstances weren’t easy, but she remained pleasant throughout the story.
I don’t want to discourage anyone from reading it. 3.5 stars *** Enjoy!
