“Among the Mad,” by Jacqueline Winspear

This is an audio book. I just finished listening to it today.

Maisie Dobbs witnesses a suicide in London. A short time later the Prime Minister receives a letter ~ certain demands are to be met or many lives will be lost. Maisie Dobb’s name is mentioned in the letter. She soon finds herself involved in a case where she must discover the identity of a dangerous man and stop him before lives are lost.

This book isn’t for the faint at heart. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. I thought it had some shocking “stuff” in it. However, it is a good story and Maisie does some good detective work! It had a good ending.

Happy Reading!
