I don’t read a lot of non-fiction these days, but I did like reading ~ My Dearest Dietrich: A Novel of Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s Lost Love by Amanda Barratt.

~ In order to keep warm, it’s good to spend some time with the people we love: Name a fictional family/household/friend group that you’d like to be a part of.

Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. I think it would be fun to spend time with Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy.  🙂

~ The colorful leaves are piling up on the ground: Show us a pile of fall-coloured spines.

~ Fall is the perfect time for story telling by the fireside: Share a book wherein somebody is telling a story.

That’s a tough one. I don’t know if I have such a book.

~ The nights are getting darker: Share a dark, creepy read.

Dracula by Bram Stoker is the darkest I’ve read.

~ The days are getting colder: Name a short, heart-warming read that could warm up somebody’s cold, rainy day.

The Vanderbeekers and the Hidden Garden by Karina Yan Glaser.

~ Fall returns every year: Name an old favorite that you’d like to return to soon.

Probably the Mitford Series by Jan Karon or The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.

~ Fall is the perfect time for cozy reading nights: Share your favorite cozy reading “accessories!”
